Diesel is a HANDSOME two year old Lab/Rottie mix. He was relinquished to H2H because his family moved and couldn't have pets in their new house. Diesel gets along very well with other dogs and is currently living with two female canine friends. Diesel is very low energy, but strong on a leash. He's lived with young children and was very good with them. We were told by previous owners that he isn't good with cats, but probably he could learn to co-hab with a cat given some careful training and patience.
Diesel will be updated with vaccines and neutered on September 14. So, if interested send us your application soon because this great looking, sweet boy won't be with us long.
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
