Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

Fuzzy is a precious, 12 year old 5 pound long hair chihuahua who looks just like a tiny fox! He is a beautiful, soft, long haired boy who will trot after you everywhere you go. He likes to be carried around under your arm while you go about your day, and will greet you with the cutest little butt wiggle in the morning and when you come home.  He is shy, and takes some time to warm to new people and places, but once he does, he will be your special buddy. He is scared of loud noises and sudden movements. He likes being respectfully petted and picked up by older children. He is currently living with a cat, a small dog and big dog, and does fine with them as long as they are not too assertive with him.  He would most likely be comfortable in a quiet home, with people who are able to provide him with a consistent schedule and who are patient while he gets used to new surroundings.  He needs some reminders with potty training, although he does fine outside if taken out on a schedule, and will use papers when he has the option. You would never know he is a mature fellow. He gets along fine with stairs, regular kibble, and even does some impressive leaps off the couch if you get the peanut butter Kong ready!
