He's a hound dog but there's no crying all the time!
His name is Elvis and he ain't nothing but a hound dog, but there is no crying all the time now that he's in a foster home! His foster mom said that his canine foster siblings are teaching him the house routine and while he still doesn't know what to do with toys he enjoys collecting them in piles around the house. She also reports that he still cowers when he hears loud noises but that he is very curious. We suspect this is the first time he's ever lived inside a home and h2h, and Elvis, are both taking all the newness and change in stride. In addition to enjoying the company of his canine and human companions, Elvis is fine with chickens and while he seems interested in the cats he's not showing any signs of aggression with them. Crate training is a work in progress as he is not very fond of it. If you've been looking for a hound dog of your very own, Elvis just may be the dog for you! Elvis is about 2 years old, weighs 66 pounds, is up-to-date on shots and is neutered.
