If Deja were alittle older and human, she'd be a great Walmart Greeter!
However, if you wanted a Walmart Greeter - you would not be looking at an adoption website!
Deja is a 22 pound, 4 year old, active, healthy terrier mix. Cute as a button, Deja enjoys long walks, car rides and loves chilling with her people.
She has yet to meet a person she does not like and is wonderful with children. While on the smaller side and easy to scoop up and go, she is not a delicate piece of china that will be easily broken.
Deja has done a good job integrating herself into her foster's pack of 7 canines: young, old, handicapped, big, small, male and female. Though she hasn't lived with a cat -- she has been "cat scanned" with a neighbor's kitty and she passed! However, Deja does live with a PARROT. She has taken notice and then ignored the parrot.
This girl is smart and learned to use the doggie door the first day in her foster home. Deja can’t get enough of her foster Mom's and Dad's attenton. She just wants to be loved! Deja needs a home where her folks will have time to spend with her. She is crate trained and is doing well with her house manners.
Deja will be updated with vaccines, microchipped, and spayed on February 6; she will be available for adoption soon after. She is on monthly heartworm/flea/tick/preventatives.
