Meet Iris! Iris is a busy little beagle who is looking for her forever home. Iris is ONE year old and still very much a puppy. Her beagle nose is always engaged and sometimes gets her into trouble. She will need her new family to be on their toes :) Iris is a sweet and affectionate girl who enjoys spending time playing and cuddling with her people. Iris’ ideal home would have a lot of space for her to play and sniff around and a family who can meet her exercise needs. Iris loves kids and other dogs, although having a K9 companion is not a requirement it would certainly be a plus. Iris is known to chase cats so a cat free home or a home with a “dog savvy” cat would be needed. Iris is still learning house manners but is very smart and learns quickly. She is on monthly heartworm/flea/tick medications; she is spayed and up to date with vaccines. Iris is being lovingly fostered in Northumberland, PA.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
