Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

This is Barney.  Barney is a three year old (teddy bear) St. Bernard.  He has been very friendly towards all the people he has met so far.  He also did very well with the groomer when he was groomed.  He seems to be fine with other dogs, but is not overly interested in them. 

Barney rides nicely in the vehicle looking around and making passerby's smile. If you are driving alone, he should have some type of restraint to keep him from trying to get in the front seat to be next to you. 

Barney will sit and take treats nicely from your hand.  He walks OK on a leash for an experienced handler, but could use some more work. Barney will be very happy in a home where he is given a lot of love, some good food, a nice walk and a comfy place to sleep.

Barney has been neutered and fully vetted and is now ready for his new home.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
