Chloe is an absolute DOLL! She is a 4 year old St. Bernard. Chloe is spayed, UTD with vaccines, on heartworm and flea preventative. She weighs about 70 pounds. Chloe was so eager to meet the lady who came to evaluate her, but did not bark or jump.. She just sat at her evaluator's feet and wanted to be petted. She gave kisses, allowed her feet, ears, and belly to be touched; in fact, she rolled over for a belly rub and was so EAGER to please. Upon meeting strange dogs she is very excited and needs time to calm down--but if handled correctly she calms down and then simply wants to play. She could do well in a home with a submissive dog. She has lived in a household with another dog. Chloe takes treats nicely and is just a love! She does need some work walking on a leash without pulling. Chloe is house trained and good with cats and kids. It is recommended she be placed with older children just because she is large and clumsy and could knock a small child over. Chloe has never been in a crate. When she is with her family and off-leash she does not stray. Her family is very sad to give her up but they do not know when they will be able to have a home again since they lost their home in the recent flood. Chloe's new family will be very lucky to adopt her.
