Cleatus is an adorable 2 year old male boxer.  He is in need of a new home because his family is moving and they aren't allowed dogs at their new location.  Cleatus is very friendly and outgoing.  He just loves people and attention.  Cleatus currently lives in a household with 4 other large dogs and he gets along great.  He is housetrained and crate trained.  A fenced in yard is preferred (but not a condition of adoption) since he is very high energy and has not had much obedience training.  Cleatus sits on command and is learning to give "paw"; he is very intelligent and needs  someone to continue his training.  Cleatus should be crated when he is alone because he is still very puppy like and can be destructive.  Cleatus loves to be hugged and loved and leans into the person who is giving him attention.  He is very playful but not crazy.  Just a typical boxer with a clown like personality and a wiggly tail.  He is one of those dogs who will keep you smiling.

If you can provide Cleatus with the training, exercise, a forever home and the  attention he deserves to have, please submit your application.  He will repay your kindness with loyalty and companionship.

Update:  Cleatus attended the adoption event at Petsmart today.  He was curious, friendly, and basically very calm.  His sweet face was a big hit.  He went home with his new foster mom.
