Ellie Mae is approximately 1 1/2 years old. She was found by a family who cared for her and called us to help when she was hit by a car. Ellie suffered a broken leg, but she's doing fine in her foster home and is anxiously awaiting a family to adopt her and love her forever.
From her foster mom:Ellie is a sweetheart, she loves to play. She gets along with my kids, husband and dog, but she wants to play with the cat and the cat doesn’t want to have anything to do with her....lol. I have her crate trained at night. She does chew on things still but she does like rawhides. Everyone who has met her falls in love with her and she the same. To me she still acts like a puppy that doesn’t know she is big!!!
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
