Hello, my name is Emma, and I am a hound mix puppy. I was a stray out on my own until some nice folks took me in. I weigh in a bit over 30 pounds and am about 8 months old. I had a bit of a rocky start and had some trust issues, but I'm learning there are some REALLY kind people who are nice to dogs like me, and I am loving life now.

I have been in 2 different foster families and loved living with other dogs. I don't even mind the cats. I love to run and play outside and I like car rides and belly rubs. I am crate trained and doing pretty good with housetraining. Of course, I have been spayed and updated on all my shots.

I need a family that will have patience and help me continue to build the confidence that I'm starting to gain. And I'd love a doggy friend to play with too, if possible.

If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
