Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

                      Howdy!  My name is Sammy.  I am not sure what I did wrong, but my family of many years moved away and just left me out on the streets to fend for myself.  Luckily, a nice lady found me and has been taking care of me.  I am 12 years old Rat Terrier and am not much bigger than a cat. I get along well with the 3 other dogs that live in the house and I like to lick the one that is close to my size until I drive her crazy.  I like to sleep under the bed at night and peek out at the humans here in the AM.  I am neutered and housetrained and now that my toenails got cut I can walk with a spring in my step.  Someone who is retired and wants company would just love me to pieces because I would follow them everywhere and I am small enough that I can go just about everywhere with you.  Since my first family decided they didn’t love me anymore I really, really would be happy to find someone to truly love me for the rest of my life and I will love them back with all my heart.

We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
