Casey is 3 years old, a Border Collie/Malamute mix who weighs 70 pounds. She was a a little shy when she first came to us after losing her home because her family had some personal problems.  She settled in to her foster home and loves snuggles and treats and is very affectionate. She is good with the cat there and plays with the younger dog and lets her know when she has had enough playing.  She is learning to share bones and they are working on clicker training.  She enjoys a good nap on the bed, but is respectful of the “off” command. She does snore when she sleeps on her back.   She does well on leash, loves to be brushed, and thinks chasing snowballs is great fun (see the video.

Casey is quite a talker, she yips and moans to let you know she wants something and tends to great visitors the same way

She is a stick around girl, she jumps the fence sometimes, but stays near the house and comes when called.   Casey is house trained and crate trained and will make a great family member for most any home.
