My name is Emitt. I'm 7 months old and a very sweet happy guy. The vet said I'm probably a border collie mix (whatever that means). My human family moved away and put me in a basement. I didn't have any food or water for four days. Boy, was I happy to see the maintenance man who gave me water, food, and called Haven to Home to help me.

A very nice lady said I could live with her until a new family comes to adopt me. I'm living with multiple pups who I play with all day. At night, I'm so tired I curl up and snuggle with my foster mom. I would like an owner who is active, will keep me socialized. I would also be happiest with a furry brother or sister.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
