Oreo is waiting patiently for his best friend to come for him!

Oreo is a 1 1/2 year old Blue Heeler mix. He is a little shy upon first meeting newcomers, but he's quickly coming out of his shell. This boy walks like an ANGEL on a leash. So, if you like to go for walks - this is the friend for you!

He sits and takes treats nicely on command. Since he is so young, his story is an open book that YOU can help write.

He is housetrained and a happy young fellow.

This boy will make the right person or family an awesome companion. He won't be around long - so get your applications in soon.

Hey everyone, my name is Oreo!! I'm a 1.5 year old cattle dog mix. My foster mom thinks I have English setter in me too, but she isn't sure! I love to smell everything and follow my foster Mom everywhere. I currently live in a home with 3 other dogs and 2 cats. I love to cuddle and play with my foster brother. I'm housetrained, but my foster mom would recommend keeping me crated if you'll be gone for long periods of time. Mom says I have a lot of energy, am super intelligent, eager and quick to learn! I know how to SIT, LAY DOWN, and show my belly! I'm working on some other commands like STAY.

If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
