Ellie Ann was reported running for weeks near a farm. She ate with the farm dogs and slept at times in a dairy barn. She would not come near humans at all, but got along well with the dogs on the farm. Dog warden and farm owners were able to capture her on 1/6/2020.
After being given a warm soft bed, she relaxed and accepted human contact. Within a few hours, her sweet personality was evident. Ellie keeps her kennel clean and is not destructive in any way. She loves to cuddle and have human contact, plays well with resident dogs, and walks GREAT on a leash. Ellie was even patient and compliant for her tubby time--which she badly needed. She does not seem to know any basic commands but is very willing to learn. Wouldn't it be great to know Ellie's story? Whatever her story is--her life will be great from this point on. H2H pledges to find her a loving responsible home. Her vet estimates her age between 2-3. Ellie loves to play with her human buddies as well as her canine friends. She's very playful--but gentle.
