Oakley is a full of energy 6 month old Shepherd mix who is looking for a family that can give him the attention he needs to keep his little tush out of trouble. He is crate trained, and mostly house trained. He loves car rides, and is always on his best behavior when he’s in the car. Though he is living with a canine foster brother, Oakley’s is a rough player. He would be perfectly content as an only dog, as he wouldn’t have to share his toys! Oakley would do best with no kids or older kids, as he will knock little ones down. Oakley needs someone to take the time to teach him manners, and he would love to learn some new tricks! He adores the outdoors, and would love an owner who is active and would spend time teaching him.
Oakley will do best with an owner who is home a lot. He most likely will not do well crated 8+ hours per day.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
