Meet Ollie, the awesome Australian shepherd. He is gets scared ... he flinches at fast movements and is insecure/uncertain however, when walked off leash in the coral he stayed by your side the whole time. If you walk fast he kept the pace, if you walked slow he slowed down, and watched you the whole time. He would make a great companion dog for someone who would like to have a dog by their side. He will need patience to help him overcome his fear of fast movements or loud noises. He will need to remain on lead, but will do fine in a fenced in yard. He is 7 years old, neutered, UTD vaccinations. Was Lyme positive and has finished his round of antibiotics. He is definitely House broken... never messed in his kennel. He favors his front right foot, as all the nails except one appeared to have been surgerically removed. We are not sure that he has pain vs. feels funny to him. He will use it at times. He is micro-chipped (not registered).

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
