This is Goldie. She is a female Golden Retriever who is believed to be approximately 3 1/2 years old. She will be spayed this week and is looking for a new home. The longer hair on her tail and stomach had to be trimmed off as when she was rescued it was all full of burrs. Her beautiful feathering should grow back in within a few months. She is very sweet with all humans and children but is not great with all dogs. Some she plays with and others she growls at and does not care for. It does not seem to matter whether it is male or female. She would do best in a one dog home unless the owner was willing to work with her should she not care for the other dog. She is being fostered at a home with 3 indoor dogs and she gets along and plays with one male and one female but does not like the other male. We believe she may have been a breeder female. She is very sweet, kind and loving and sits staring into her foster mom's eyes with her paw on her leg. She follows her foster mom everywhere waiting for attention. She even got out of their fenced in yard several times and waits patiently to get back inside. Goldie is available through Haven to Home Rescue.
