Terrier / Mixed (medium coat) : : Female (spayed) : : Adult : : Small
Scruffy, adorable Sarah came to H2H with her brother Teddy when their owner was not in compliance with local zoning laws which prohibits more than three dogs in the home. They were well loved and enjoyed the company of a large pack of dogs.
Therefore, Sarah should be adopted with her brother Teddy or go to a home with another friendly, canine companion. Although Sarah shares her foster home wih other dogs and has lived in a large pack previously, she seems to be independent and would be happy as an only dog, too. Sarah has also lived with cats . Sarah likes to sleep against her person at night. She always reacts to her name being called even if she's playing. Whatever you do, don't call her "late to dinner". She loves to eat! She doesn't like to be disturbed by other dogs when she is resting or eating. Sarah should not go to a home with small children as she's never been raised with any. She isn't aggressive - just becomes very nervous around little people. Sarah is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, and on monthly flea/tick/heartworm preventative. She is patiently waiting for someone to offer her a loving forever home.
