This is Lady, the mother of the puppies!! She is very sweet and dying for attention. As you CAN SEE she lives at the end of a huge chain inside the garage. The chain was all wound around a piece of equipment so that she only had about 2 feet to move, even though it is a fairly long chain. She was once housebroken and there were no messes where she was chained. When the chain was released she ran for the door to go outside. We had to tell the girl we thought she wanted to go outside or she would have gone in the house. So she took her out and chained her outside and went inside the house, only saying a couple of words to us the entire time we were there!! I would say Lady is about a 45 to 50 lb dog in what appears to be excellent health and of course she is not spayed. She will most likely come in heat again soon. The owner does not know how old she is or if she has ever had shots as they got her from someone else!!
