Meet Daisy Delite! Daisy Delite is a charming medium-sized terrier mix, weighing in at a manageable 22 pounds—sturdy enough for play but small enough to scoop up and take with you wherever you go. At 7 months old, Daisy has left the baby puppy phase behind and is eager to learn. She’s highly trainable and motivated by treats, making her a great candidate for anyone ready to invest in her training and care. Sadly, Daisy spent her first seven months living in an outdoor pen with her mother and brother. Her brother, Snoop Dog, is also a Haven to Home rescue. But Daisy is making up for lost time and is loving her new world filled with warmth, love, and exploration. Daisy is learning the joys of being a lap dog and adores meeting new people, going for walks, and taking car rides. She dreams of curling up in bed with her forever family and will happily wag her long tail to show her gratitude. A self-proclaimed “velcro dog,” Daisy prefers to stay close to her people. She is crate trained and adjusting well to indoor living, making great progress with house training thanks to frequent trips outside. She’s even mastered the doggie door with her natural agility! Daisy currently lives with a pack of six dogs of varying sizes and gets along well with them all. Her medium energy level makes her easy to live with—she’s playful without being overwhelming. Daisy is fully up-to-date on her vaccinations, microchipped, spayed, and on monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention. All she wants for Christmas is a loving forever family! If you’d like to make Daisy Delite part of your family, please apply today at Haven to Home Canine Rescue. To learn more, feel free to contact her foster mom at margaretwilliamsharvey@gmail.com.
