Finn is a pit mix who is under a year old and weighs 55 pounds. He was deserted in the countryside and is now looking for his forever home. His foster family says that he is calm for a puppy, extremely sweet, and lovable. He still has some puppy mannerisms that remind you of a cartoon dog. He has quite an appetite and can be a messy eater, but it’s adorable. He’s a good boy and will definitely steal your heart with his eyes and wiggle-waggle. Be prepared to take him with you when you meet him. Seriously. He’s that special.
Finn adapts very well to new environments and people, plays well with children and other dogs, and would probably love the opportunity to chase some rabbits. He knows basic commands like sit, walk, quiet, and no. He is always ready for adventure and loves riding in the car and playing in the water. He is leash-trained, crate-trained, and potty-trained.
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
