Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

My name is Lady and I am 8 years old.  I lost my home because my owner is in poor health and can no longer care for me; although she loved me very very much.  My foster mom says I am just a charming little girl who will warm someone's heart and lap.  I am good with other dogs and cats and I even met a "bird".  I am housetrained, crate trained (I usually like to sleep in my cozy crate at night) and I walk on a leash.  I love to cuddle and get my tummy rubbed.  My foster mom groomed me and took my picture with my best set of beads.  She said I should look like the little Lady that I am.  I have always lived with an older couple, so I am used to a home environment that is rather calm - in otherwards, I'm not sure I would fit into a household where there was a lot of tiny children and a lot of noise and activity.  I ride nicely in a car and would love to be someone's constant companion.  Maybe my foster mom is prejudice--but she says I'm the best little dog (lady).

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
