Cinnamon is young beagle mix with a beautiful, thick, soft 'cinnamon' colored coat. She weighs around 30 lbs. She is happy like a beagle, with nose to the ground, ready to chase a rabbit or a squirrel or a cat. Cinnamon was a stray that no one seemed to be looking for. She was in a kennel until a foster home opened up for her. She never messed in her kennel and enjoyed walks with the different volunteers and other dogs. While a bit pully on leash, she was great with meeting new people and new dogs.

Since moving to a foster home with other dogs, she has proven to be a real lovebug. She greets all human visitors to the house like long lost friends and will sit on any willing lap. She is housebroken and crate trained (although would probably not need to be crated). She enjoys playing with the younger dogs in short bursts (check out the video) and is really a nice, laid-back girl. She can be both an easy couch-potato companion or an energetic walking partner, and is the BEST cuddle bug.

Her spay date is set for August 22 and then she'll be ready for a forever home.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
