Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

Arnie is a sweet, 6 year old, 20 pound Jack Russell mix who has just lost his 3rd home. His first 2 owners died and his 3rd owner had very busy household which caused stress for Bubba.  He is so so sweet and is breaking our hearts as he seems to keep asking, "Where is my home???"

When we got him he was so thin and desperately needed a dental which
he had done immediately.  His very long nails were trimmed and his vaccines were updated.

What Arnie needs is a REAL commitment this time....he is a loyal dog who bonds almost instantly. He walks on a leash, is house broken, rides well in a car  and just looks at you with such adoring eyes that it melts your heart.

He is good with dogs, cats and older kids but what he would really like is a retired person who would just be with him and give him the loving attention that he so much desires.

Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs. 

We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
