Bearnard, AKA Prancer, is a beautiful, friendly 3 1/2 year old Husky/ German Shepherd mix. He loves to play with other dogs and is OK with the cat he is currently living with (even a little afraid of the cats attack spot :-) ) Bearnard will do well in a house where he gets daily walks when the weather is not too hot and lots of mental stimulation when it is too hot to go for a walk. He is mostly housetrained, but has not spent a lot of time in a crate. Bearnard has been fully vetted and is ready for his forever home.
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
