Kramer is a 5 to 6 year old mixed breed who weighs around 40 pounds. Best guess is he is a beagle/shepherd mix. He was found as a stray, underweight and with ear and eye infections and an open wound. He received vet care and has been in foster care for about a month now and is doing great! He is a personable dog who has been good around other dogs and kids. He is housebroken and does well on leash and he LOVES belly rubs.
