Rescue ~ Rehab ~ Rehome

Elli is a true sweetie who was found as a stray.  We think she is a hound/shepherd mix and is around 2-3 years old.  She loves to run and play and flip and roll.  Meeting new people, cuddling and giving kisses are among her favorites too.

She knows basic commands and will sit, stay, and lay down.  She has done great with the other dogs she has met, and plays well with the puppy in her foster home.  She is crate trained and housebroken.

Elli would like a home with an active family where she'll get lots of exercise; a canine playmate would be great for her too.

We're thinking that a home with older kids (mostly because she does not like her tail to be touched and may nip) and no cats would be a good choice for her.

Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs. 

We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
