Beagle : : Male (neutered) : : Adult
Fergus, AKA Fergie, is a delightful, loving and playful beagle who is about 7 years old. He's 33 pounds, but thinks he is a pocket-sized dog, wanting to be close to his humans, preferably on a lap. He is crate trained, loves attention and likes everyone he meets. Fergus gets along with all other dogs and doesn't have a care at all about about cats. He is a typical beagle and enjoys outdoor time with his nose to the ground. He has learned basic obedience, is very well house trained, and does OK on leash. He sleeps in his crate quietly overnight.
Fergus was diagnosed with epilepsy after coming in to our care and he is doing well medications to control his seizures. He takes his meds easily with a dab of peanut butter.
His foster mom says that overall he is a little doll! He is waiting to steal your heart.
