Remmie is a senior black and tan coonhound who was found as a stray. We do not know much about his past, but he has settled in to his new foster home nicely. We suspect that he probably spent a a good part of his life living outside, but he certainly has adapted to indoor living quickly. He is house trained. He enjoys running in the yard for a little, but then really likes snuggling up on a soft comfy blanket inside and taking naps on the couch with the cat. He enjoys accompanying his foster mom and dad on rides in the car and if left alone there waits patiently for them to return. His foster family says he is just THE Sweetest dog! Remmie is older and settled. He gets along well with other dogs. Remmie is rather a shy boy who is easily intimidated and frightened so we think he would do best in a quieter home with an quieter family or person. He likes to go for walks, too, and he loves car rides! He has grown quite attached to his foster family and is very loyal and loving. Remmie is a gentle kind soul. Please Consider making Remmie your new companion. He needs a FOREVER home where he will always know care and kindness.
