Lukas is a 12 week old Pit Mix puppy. He is full of life, loving, and very smart. He knows how to sit and shake and working on stay and down. He is currently living with 7 foster canine brothers and sisters (a wide range of age and sizes from 45Lbs to 125lbs). He loves to play with the other dogs and has figured out which ones he can play with and which of the seniors prefer not to play. He is curious about the cats but loses interest when they don't play back. I think he would be ok in a house with dog savvy cats. He does like to grab everything and anything he can find and run! Shoes, socks, towels, clothing a dropped fork... you name it, he will grab it! He certainly is a fun and very curious little guy! He is crate trained (no accidents in his crate since he was 8 weeks old) and pretty much housetrained. (He has only had 1 accident in the last 2 weeks.) Lukas has some guarding issues with food and toys. He is doing great with toys since we play 'give and take' games with him. His foster mom continues to hand feed him to work out his food issues. He doesn't seem to have issues with the other dogs being around when he eats, just when I try to pet or take his bowl from him while he is eating. He is also fine with sharing toys with the other dogs.
