Wally is a senior Golden Retriever who is about 9-10 years old.
He has a super sweet, people-loving personality and is doing well with the resident dog. We're not 100% sure of cats, but he didn't mind the one that he saw at the vet's office, so he'll probably be OK with them.
Wally came in to our care about 25 pounds under weight and looking very un-well. He is in a foster home where he is getting lots of much-needed TLC to: 1) get him to his ideal weight; 2) nurse his skin back to good health with medicated baths as his hair grows in; 3) clear up his ears; and 4) eat soft food because of his poor dental condition.
In spite of his less-than-ideal health upon arrival, he has a great disposition and wants to be close to his people and will voice his displeasure when separated.
He has been neutered and a dental was completed. He is a fun loving boy, ready for his new home.
