Ginger is approximately 3 years old and weighs 30 pounds. We were told she is a shiba inu mix. Ginger is spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is a very sweet happy girl who loves people, children and other dogs. We don't know how she is with cats. Ginger loves to be pampered -- especially loves being brushed. She needs a little work on leash walking but she's smart and wants to please. Ginger could use a little more exercise to regain her "girlish" figure. She will make a wonderful companion for an individual or a family. You need to meet this sweet girl to appreciate her.
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
