Nadia Well it has been over a year now since we adopted Nadia and next month will be a year since Kahla joined our family. Kahla's name was just Piper, but we decided to name her Kahla Piper Kear. Although they are both mixed. Nadia has more Labrador Retriever in her blood line. She definitely looks like a Lab and her personality traits are almost identical to a Lab. She loves to play, swim and play tag with her sister. Her favorite toy of course is a ball. She loves to play fetch, and she is the first dog we have ever owned that brings the ball back.
Kahla
has personality and physical traits of a German Shepherd although she is not territorial or aggressive. She loves to run and chase her sister. Every morning the girls have a routine when Dad goes to work. Kahla insists every morning to go find a shoe and carry it around until Dad leaves them outside. She won't take the shoe outside nor will she chew on them. They have a sisterly relationship and always follows each other around. When Nadia was spayed, Kahla stayed at the vets with her. However we decided when Kahla was spayed, Nadia should stay home with me and she refused to eat and play. She laid by the d

waiting for her sister. They have brought joy into our lives and are a perfect match for each other. Thank you!

Niko Hello all,
Nero This Happy Tail is greatly overdue, as it’s been 3 years since my darling Douglas (Nero) became a treasured family member. I’m ashamed to admit that it certainly wasn’t love at first sight with this sweet boy… far from it in fact… but something about him pulled at my heartstrings and compelled me to give this wonderful gentleman a chance at happiness and “the good life”. I am so thankful that I did, as Douglas has filled my heart and home with so much love I’m forever grateful to H2H for bringing us together. Gretchen
Nina Bryanna (was known as Nina) has been a blessing in the home. My husband and I thought our home was complete till we brought Bryanna home. She made it complete. She is so well mannered and behaved. She is camping every weekend and LOVES the water. Can't keep her out of the river :-) she had graduated from puppy classes and has learned so much there. I will bring her to some of the adoptathons for everyone to see. Thanks H2H for everything. Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
