Oden

Oden is now Koda and is doing well.  We love him!
 
He is doing “puppy things” …...he likes leather in a size 7 wide J  He can be very devilish.
 
I’ve attached a picture.  He’s adjusted well to his new environment.
 
We are working on better walking habits…teaching that humans are not chew toys ( he does have PLENTY) and he still will occasionally jump, but not nearly as bad as when we started.
 
Koda follows our daughter throughout the house.   He is a definitely a people loving animal and is bringing much joy to our home.

Candy is doing great.  She loves to eat off the counter.  She does it quitely buy begging without having her feet hit anything.  She loves the kids and anybody that comes to visit.  The ups drivers all love her.  She really is a great dog.  Her favorite thing to do is swim. 

Maddie

I realized I have never sent you an update on Maddie Mooch.  She is doing wonderfully.  I have attached a few photos from Fall 2009 until now.  Hope you enjoy.  She's had a new brother for about 7months, a husky who she loves.  He is 4 years old.  She goes hiking with us and swimming often.  She goes for a nice walk by the stream everyday.  She is very happy.

Deana

Sharon and Mike Marino here...we adopted Deana back in the summer.  Just wanted to say hello and let you know that things are going well.  Deana has adjusted to our home and loves to hang out with us when we go hiking or to our sporting events.  We love her!  We attached a few picks to keep you updated.  Thanks again for all of your help with the adoption process!!

Figaro

11/11/10: Just wanted to give you an update that Figaro is still doing wonderfully in his new home! He and his big sis, Marley get along great and have lots of fun playing together. Figaro has a great personality and is just a sweetheart. He loves to snuggle and he's such a cutie pie. We all love him so much! We feel lucky and blessed to have such a great new furry member of our family. So glad we found him!!
 
Thanks again for all you do, so many animals are getting a great chance at a happy new life. :)

9/25/10: Just wanted to give you an update and let you know that Figaro is doing GREAT! He fits right in with our family so perfectly, and he really did that from day one. He's a real sweetheart and a lot of fun. He listens and is well behaved. Our dog Marley is doing great with him. There were some expected little jealousy moments and pecking order moments but nothing severe at all. They love playing together and it's a great friendship for both of them. Our son Michael has fun playing with Figaro also, they chase each other all around the yard and they both get tired! YAY! 

Figgy is definitely in his forever home with us. We couldn't be happier. :) Thank you again so much for everything you did to help him and all of the dogs you rescue. It's a wonderful thing.

9/1/2010: Hi! I just adopted a sweet pup named Figaro! He is such a good doggy. I wanted Linda and Kim and all the girls who helped Figgy to know that his first day at our home has gone REALLLY well. He is getting along quite well with his big doggy sister, Marley. They've eaten, napped, played, pooped and just hung out too........all with no issues! Marley even GAVE Figaro her chew bone!!! :O Our son is doing well with Figaro too. They do great chasing each other around the yard. They BOTH get worn out which is perfect. :)
