Cooper

Hi Robin, Cooper learned the fence in 1 training and is excellent even when the 2 dogs are playing and running. The active fence also stopped Cooper from chasing the sheep and the goats. He really thought that was fun but they never really appreciated it. We did get Cooper trimmed because of the upcoming flea and tick season. He did well at the groomer but was not fond of the dryer. We sent Sugar along so he wouldn't feel so alone. We were surprised when we got him home because he has webbed toes just like Sugar and did he ever look like a lab puppy after he lost his curls. He is doing very well although we must keep reinforcing some basic commands - like sit and stay. We are working on breaking him from jumping on everyone and everything. and "leave it" for the cats - he really enjoys the little sprints but the cats are wearing a bit weary. He just loves being outside and digging. Sugar and Cooper are our resident excavation company. He just loved our Granddaughter - Emily. She covers him up with blankets and reads to him. He sat for hours watching cartoons with her. We will keep you posted. That little guy is always into something and so amusing. Lyn
