Foster Application
We appreciate the invaluable service that foster parents provide and completing this application is the best way to assure a positive experience for both you and the dog. By applying, you are under no obligation to foster a dog, nor is Haven to Home Rescue under any obligation to place a foster dog within your care. Additional orientation, training and approval may be required.
Haven to Home has a strong policy on fostering and adoption. Having your pets spayed/neutered indicates to us that you are aware of the tragic pet overpopulation and are doing your part to prevent more unwanted animals coming into the world. If you have a special circumstance on why your animals are not altered, please write a short explanation in the application, look for the spay/neuter questions. All foster homes must be approved by the board.
If you are thinking about fostering to adopt a certain dog please fill out the adoption application instead of the foster application. It is important to have an adoption application in the dog's files and that way you will not have to fill out two applications. Thank you!
