Re-Homing Your Dog:

While we would love to help every single dog, our space is limited. Since we do not have a shelter, there is not a "drop-off" location. However, we encourage you to still contact us and be added to the wait list. We do not foster dogs termporarily - dogs that are signed over will be made available for adoption. 

Please fill out the following form on the dog(s) you are surrendering to the best of your ability. Please fill out one form per dog. Filling out this form does NOT automatically transfer ownership to Haven to Home. A volunteer will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your options. 

Please note, if you only have a couple days to re-home, it will be extremely difficult for us to help. Our dogs are placed in foster homes and finding proper placement can take time. We estimate finding a foster can take anywhere between days to almost a month or more depending on the situation. 

Calling does not expedite this process.
