Can you give both of us a loving, forever home? My name is Scooter. I am a 4-year old Schnauzer. I am a neutered male , up to date with all my shots. The pretty female in the picture is my full sister (and litter mate) Scout who is also spayed and up to date with shots. We have been together since birth and raised by a wonderful family with four children who live in a big city. Unfortunately, things have changed for our family and we now live with our Grandparents in Central PA. Our Grandparents love us very much, but Grandpa isnt well and Grandma must spend all of her time caring for Grandpa. Our grandparents think that we deserve a loving family who can spend more time with us. Scout and I are very well behaved. We are completely housetrained and we dont need to be crated (were big kids now!). We both like car rides, giving kisses, and cuddling with our family. It is very hard for us to leave our family, but even harder to think that we couldnt be together. So please --- if you are looking for a sweet loving duo to play with you, to walk with you, and to keep your lap warm, were the pups for you! We would love a fenced-in yard to play in because we are never off leash (city dogs). If you dont have a fenced-in yard, nice walks everyday would be just great too. Dont think of two of us as more work (were not) think of us as double the LOVE double the FUN!
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.

If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.
We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
