Cooper needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start?
My name is Cooper and I am the cutest boy you’ll ever meet. I am a cocka-poo, beagle/terrier mix with beautiful pale eyes and a nose that matches my fur. I weigh about 30 pounds. People stop in their tracks to ask about me on the streets.
I am a year and a half old and have lots of puppy energy but also like to snuggle, give kisses and receive belly rubs--my absolute favorite! I love to run in wide open spaces but never go too far. I am an escape artist as I like to dig under the fence, though I return eventually. I can rarely be caught as I am very fast and I do love to be chased--another one of my favorite activities. I am very smart and have a classic terrier personality. I like to be in charge but will respond to a firm command. I am great with adults and older children (mom says I am too bossy with little kids). I also like to chew toys and shoes and whatever else is left on the ground. “If it’s on the floor, it belongs to Cooper,” is my motto. I am house-broken and can go 10 or more hours without using the potty as I always wait for my mom to get out of bed before going downstairs. I do well left in her bedroom when she has to leave or when small children visit. For some reason, I am mostly interested in chewing an object when someone is willing to chase me for it.
Please consider adding me to your family if you have no children or big kids-at least ten years or older. I love to play with other dogs but tend to get on the nerves of to older dogs and smaller, submissive dogs. I am quite the cuddle bug and give just the right amount of kisses. You will fall in love with my adorable face and want to kiss all over me too.
