We need a loving forever home! Our names are Tonka (red leash) and Neeko (purple leash). We are 7 month old,male, Husky mixes who have been together and shared a very small space since birth. We are both very friendly and give lots of puppy kisses. We are moderately active and have had very little opportunity for the exercise we need. Our owner just didn't understand how to take care of us and was not able to give us the love, attention, training, and exercise that we need. However, we just love people and attention and promise if you would give us a loving home, we would try very hard to learn fast and be the best companions. Because we have been together since birth, we are hoping to be adopted together. We walk very nicely by your side, and could even be tethered and walked on one leash. Right now we are underweight because we were not receiving as much food as we needed but just look at our beautiful white coats which will get even more luxurious as we are fed well and groomed regularly. We received a clean bill of health - no parasites or diseases, and we have had our first puppy shots. We will be neutered in the next week and ready for a foster or permanent home. Tonka must be adopted with his brother, Neeko (adopted).
Applications are the first step in the adoption process. Please do not call or email simply to express interest. We are all volunteers and receiving your application saves us time and helps to determine the best match for both people and dogs.
We provide as much information as we currently have on each dog in their description. For questions on the adoption process, including fees, please review the Adoption page. If you have additional questions or are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application. Once we receive your application someone will be in touch to answer your questions.
We do not arrange visits to meet dogs without an application. If you'd like to meet a variety of dogs without filling out an application please attend one of our events, listed under the events link.
