Princess Anne 2/28/11: DEAR HAVEN TO HOME, I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR LETTING THE JOHNSONS ADOPT ME ON FEBRUARY 5., 2011. I AM ENJOYING MY NEW HOME. THEY TAKE ME FOR WALKS EVERYDAY AND I EVEN GET TO GO FOR CAR RIDES AND SOMETIMES I GET TO GO TO THE DRIVE IN OF THE BANK AND THEY GET ME DOGGIE TREATS. I SLEEP IN BED WITH THEM TAKING TURNS WITH WHO I SLEEP WITH. I HAVE A NEIGHBOR THAT HAS A DOG AND WE GET ALONG GREAT. I LOVE SITTING ON MY NEW FAMILY MEMBERS LAPS AND BEING PETTED BY THEM. ON THE FIRST DAY THEY MADE ME FEEL WELCOME BY GETTING ME A NEW BED AND GOT ME A NICE DOG DISH THAT HOLDS MY FOOD AND WATER.WHEN THE FAMILY GOES TO CHURCH ON SUNDAY , I GET TO STAY HOME AND WATCH THE HOUSE FOR THEM. I HAVE SOME TOYS BUT DON'T PLAY WITH THEM MUCH YET , BUT I DO SIT UP AND SHAKE HANDS WITH MY FAMILY. THANKS PRINCESS ANNE
Pickles Pickles is an angel in a fur coat! We adore her. She is falling asleep next to me now after a hard day of chasing snowflakes and playing chase/fetch/tug etc... She also made 2 friends with neighbor dogs-kelly + ella-also both rescue dogs. We did decide to call her Sheila-it is what Australians call girls-we thought it fitting with her heritage. She's only been alone for an hour yesterday. She had house to herself and did fine. She will rarely be alone for more than 3 hours anyway. We couldn't have asked for a better dog-i hope she knows she found her forever home. Many smiles, Erin
Peanut Peanut is starting to get used to his new home, and things seem to be falling into place. Peanut is simply the loviest dog ever. We’ve been working on helping build Peanuts courage...a little progress already and lots of promise. Click a letter to find an animal or view all.
